analysis
As FURNOTECH Industrial Furnaces, every project is shaped based on detailed site surveys and process analyses. Following these assessments, the most appropriate furnace type, system configuration, and operating principle are determined for the relevant production process and facility infrastructure.

planning
At this stage, the type of material to be processed, the targeted production capacity, process temperatures, heating method, combustion and automation systems, heat recovery solutions, charging/discharging or loading/unloading mechanisms, and the location and structural details of furnace auxiliary equipment are finalized, and the process is planned in a holistic manner.

3D design
All technical data obtained are combined with the customer’s technical specifications; detailed engineering calculations are performed to ensure full compliance with the occupational safety, fuel installation, and environmental regulations of the country where the furnace will be installed. Following these studies, the 3D design and engineering detailing process for the project is initiated.

manufacturing
In accordance with the determined technical specifications and operational requirements, entirely custom-engineered solutions are developed for each project. All project equipment is manufactured at our own production facilities in a modular structure compliant with international transportation and assembly standards.
05
assembly
The manufactured systems are assembled and commissioned on-site by our expert technical team and delivered to the customer as a turnkey solution.
