IN INDUSTRIAL FURNACES

Company Introduction

FURNOTECH Industrial Furnaces has been designing and delivering turnkey industrial furnace systems tailored to our customers’ needs for 20 years, leveraging our expertise in combustion systems, rolling mill furnace manufacturing, automation, and refractory materials.

Having started this journey in 2007, we continue as of 2025 with a restructured and stronger identity — under the name FURNOTECH Industrial Furnaces — larger, more innovative, and more capable than ever.

Why Furnotech?

We are proud to say that all processes are carried out entirely in-house under the FURNOTECH Industrial Furnaces umbrella. This structure provides a significant advantage for both us and our customers: communication flows more efficiently, external dependencies are reduced, and the process becomes faster, more controlled, and more cost-effective.

Rolling Mill Furnaces

Rolling mill furnaces are the most critical component of rolling lines, in which steel billets are heated to rolling temperature (1,100–1,250 °C). At FURNOTECH, we offer three different furnace technologies — pusher type, walking hearth type, and walking beam type — designed to match the capacity, product type, and energy infrastructure of each production facility.

Refractory Firing Furnaces

Refractory firing furnaces are industrial furnaces designed for sintering refractory products made from high-temperature-resistant raw materials such as magnesite, alumina, mullite, silica, zirconia, and dolomite.

Hot-Dip Galvanizing

Hot-Dip Galvanizing is a surface coating method applied to protect the surfaces of steel or iron materials against corrosion. In this process, the material surface is first cleaned of oil, dirt, rust, and oxide layers, and then immersed in a molten zinc bath at approximately 440–460 °C.

Heat Treatment Furnaces

Heat treatment furnaces are furnaces that enable metal or alloy parts to be heated and cooled under controlled atmosphere conditions in accordance with specific process recipes (temperature–time curves) in order to achieve the desired mechanical properties.

Wire Furnaces

Wire furnaces are used to dry the wire passing through rinsing solutions before hot-dip galvanizing.

Ladle & Tundish Heating and Drying Stations

Our ladle and tundish heating and drying stations are available in horizontal and vertical models. These stations can be manufactured with natural gas, LPG, or fuel-oil burners depending on process requirements.

We expand our services, which we offer on different continents around the world, to new locations every day.
